Have too many veggies at once? Looking to have food from your garden in the fall & winter? Join Ann Supa of CCE-Broome to learn proper techniques for making classic pickles and other pickled veggies using vinegar, sugar, and basic ingredients. This free class will cover food preserving basics: equipment, technique, ingredients, storage, and recipes. You’ll leave class with a jar of your very own creation and the knowledge to start pickling at home. No experience necessary!
*This workshop is free and open to the public. A donation of $5-10 is suggested.
